Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Please feel free to send me any photos, webpage links, fabric and/or color swatches either by email or you may mail them directly to my studio. We enjoy the variety of requests we get from our custom orders. Please email us for address to send materials.
Is there an extra charge for custom work?
Yes. There is a $.50 extra charge per knob for any NEW designs created. Custom knobs are only $8 each.
Is it possible to order an existing design in a different color scheme?
Yes. After making your purchase, please e-mail us with your choices and we will be happy to make those changes at no additional charge.

Is there an extra charge for color changes?
No. We are happy to customize an existing design with your color preferences at no extra charge. Just order your knobs and indicate your color preferences in the comments box upon checkout.
When will my order ship?
Generally, orders are sent from our studio in Palm Harbor, Florida within *two weeks. This means you will most likely receive your order within three weeks of placing your order. Because all of the knobs are handpainted and made-to-order, we will certainly contact you if we need additional time to complete your order.
*It is very likely on smaller orders (1-6 knobs) it will take much less time for shipping. Please feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery time.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We gladly accept returns IF you notify us within ten (10) days of receiving your order. Returns are good for EXCHANGE only. We do not refund payments of any kind.
All items must be returned in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost along with any new shipping charge that occur. Please email us for return address.
We do NOT accept any returns for exchange or refund on custom work nor color changes.
What size are the knobs? What are they made out of?
Each knob is made of wood that is chip-resistant and measures 1 1/2" in diameter.
Do you offer other styles or sizes?
No. We currently only offer 1 1/2" diameter wood knobs. However, if you are able to get the size you need and have it shipped to our studio, we will gladly paint them.
Is there a protective sealer on the knobs?
Yes. We seal each knob with several layers of non-toxic, water-based varnish for many years of protection and durability, not to mention a beautiful glossy finish.
Do you provide screws with each knob?
Yes. We will include an 8-32 machine screw measuring 1 1/4" in length. Each of our knobs includes a brass insert so they easily screw on or off with ease.
*Please Note: The 1 1/4" length is a standard size for most drawers or cabinets. However, it may be required for you to purchase additional screws at your local hardware store if the ones provided do not meed your needs.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat fee of $4.50 per order for an unlimited number of knobs and 8.00 for international orders. Expect to receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we are happy to now ship worldwide for a flat rate of 8.00 per order for an unlimited amount of knobs.
