Lisa Everett is a self-taught, full-time artist currently living on the gulf coast of Florida with her husband and two children 12 and 14.
"I've been creative for as long as I can remember", says Lisa. "My grandparents were a huge influence. They were both amazing artists! I spent many days with them as a kid, which enhanced my creativity, skill and true passion for art. It helped that they didn't mind me making a huge mess either!"
Lisa is known for her love of working with bright, bold, energetic colors and using them to create fun whimsical designs for people of all ages to enjoy. She spends most of her days designing drawer pulls for numerous furniture and bedding companies across the United States, Australia and also here on her website. When she's not busy in her studio with a paintbrush, you can be sure to find her gardening, cooking up a new vegan dish, reading non-fiction (usually) or just hanging out with family and friends.
One nevers knows what wonderful art will be coming out of her studio next, but it will for sure be a fun colorful piece that will brighten up any room or outfit and definitely make you smile!
